Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we proudly offer worldwide shipping on all orders.


Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we work quickly to get your order out the door, all change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, it cannot be changed or canceled — but once delivered, you can return it for a full refund.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Your item will ship the following business day after it's processed.


How long will delivery take?

Due to high demand and global shipping conditions, orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks. We appreciate your patience and promise it’s worth the wait.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund. Just contact us and we’ll take care of it.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?

All prices on our site are tax-free in USD. However, depending on your country, you may be responsible for local customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not covered by us. For more information, please check with your local customs office.


How do I return an item?

To start a return, just contact us at support@modestglowshop.com. We’ll walk you through every step.


What if the item I receive is incorrect, damaged, or defective?

If you receive an item that’s wrong, damaged, or missing, email us immediately with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after your return is received or cancellation is approved.

  • If you don’t see the refund, contact your card issuer — some banks may take additional time to post the funds.
